Where Can I Buy My Ticket

Please purchase tickets online HERE. Tickets are availble online only and not sold at the door. One person in the party must match one of the names on the tickets with a photo ID.

How Much Are Tickets?

Human Tickets are $29, allowing for 1 human entry.

Human + Best Friend Tickets are $39, allowing for 1 human and 1 dog entry.

Dogs will not be allowed in without a Best Friend Ticket. Children 2 and under are free.

What Time Do I Need To Arrive For My Timed Ticket?

You must arrive within the first 20 minutes of the half hour slot you purchased (eg. you must arrive before 1:50 p.m. for a 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. Ticket). Note your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased.

Do You Accept Cash?

We are cashless!

Will I Have Enough Time With The Final Night Time Slot?

Yes! Human’s Best Friend will be open past 9pm but please arrive within 15 minutes of your ticket time as entry doors will close without exception.

How Long Will It Take To Experience Human’s Best Friend?

Human’s Best Friend is designed to be 30~45 minutes of FUN!

How Will You Keep Human’s Best Friend Clean?

We will have a cleaning staff onsite daily along with weekly deep cleaning using only dog friendly products!

What Forms Of Payment Does Human’s Best Friend Accept At The Gift Store?

Human’s Best Friend only accepts credit card payments at our gift stores.

Do You Offer Coat Check & Stroller Storage Check?

Due to the interactive nature of the experience, strollers are not allowed inside Human’s Best Friend as they impact both you, your fellow guests, and dogs. When necessary, we ask that you fold and carry. We do not have dedicated stroller space or coat check but will do our best to accommodate stroller storage when possible.

Can Children Attend Human’s Best Friend?

Children 2 and under free and encouraged to enjoy the experience. Although we love kids, we ask that each child is ALWAYS accompanied and supervised by an adult and precautions are taken when interacting with dogs. Human’s Best Friend is intended to be an all-ages experience, we encourge  the use of carries for infants and small children as a precaution. We love our little ones, and want ensure they interact with pups correctly and under supervision. 

Can I Transfer or Exchange My Ticket Over?

Tickets are non transferable. But we do allow exchanges based on availability and as long as the price between the dates/ticket level are the same. Please email Woof@humans to exchange tickets.

How Many Tickets Can I Purchase?

Maximum tickets purchased is 10.

What do i get with my ticket?

Humans and Dogs will get to saturate themselves in a series of dog-centric, colorful spaces inspired by puppy love and fun. All with your best friend by your side or surrounded by rescue pups.

Do I Need To Print My Ticket?

Tickets can be printed at home but we highly encourage mobile tickets. You must present your ticket with a valid ID. One ID must match to the purchaser or to a single registered name. Name changes are never allowed on tickets and any claim from ticket resellers is false. Groups must enter Human’s Best Friend together.

Do you refund tickets?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. 

What If I Don't Have The Names Of My Guests?

Only one attendee's name (including yours!) needs to match the ticket. But each guest will need to sign a waiver.

Are Tickets Available At The Door?

Tickets are not available at the door; all tickets must be purchased online prior to arrival.

Is There Parking At Your Location?

Public Transportation and ride share is highly encouraged.

Do You Offer Group Discounts?

Is Photography Allowed?

YES!!! Commercial or Product shoots, press interviews, media shoots, and all professional video equipment is prohibited without advance approval. Contact press@humansbf.com for requests.

Are Pets Allowed At Human’s Best Friend?

Only dogs with Best Friend tickets will be allowed in. The only exception is for service animals on a leash and under their masters’ control as authorized by applicable law.

Food and beverages are not permitted in Human’s Best Friend except for water bottles.

Is my dog the right fit for this event?

This event is not intended for aggressive, sick, or dogs behind on shots. We do not suggest dogs overly stressed by crowds, those in  heat or dogs with heart problems attend. Ensure your dog is well behaved, socialized and healthy.

Can I attend if I don’t have a dog?

Yes! Human’s Best Friend is a pop-up experience for humans with or without dogs. Get that pawfect selfie or take a photo with one of the amazing rescue pups! 

Will I get to play with dogs at Human’s Best Friend?

We are partnering with several dog rescue organizations, who are bringing adoptable rescue dogs to experience Human’s Best Friend. You will be able to interact with these rescues during your time at Human’s Best Friend.

Am I allowed to bring in more than one dog with a Human + Best Friend Ticket?

Human + Best Friend tickets admit one person and one dog. Each dog must be accompanied by its Human. In order to bring your dog, you must have a Human + Best Friend ticket. 

Will dogs in the event be leashed?

We want to avoid leash aggression. All dogs will be leashed until entering the experience where it’s a leash free zone and unleashing will be highly recommended.

What will protect smaller dogs from bigger dogs?

Our Brand Ambassadors will be trained to monitor the flow of guests and their dogs through the experience. Each room will have a gate at the entrance and exit, allowing our brand ambassadors to manage the flow of small and big dogs. As a safety precaution, we will not allow a big dog and small dog in the same room at one time.

How do we protect the dogs from fleas, ticks or sickness?

We have the floor cleaned and sterilized daily and ongoing cleaning throughout the day. We are including parasite treatment and vaccinations in our guidelines for entry. No sharing of water bowls either.

Will there be a knowledgeable dog friendly staff?

Yes, we will have trained brand ambassadors to ASSIST dogs and their humans through the experience and to look out for any signs of distress or aggression from all dogs, guests and rescues.

How will you make sure a rescue dog won’t bring a contagious sickness in?

There will be a cleaning staff to immediately address peepee/poop accidents and no water is being shared between dogs. Rescues are allowing a grace period to make sure their dogs are fit and able to participate in this event. Only dogs up to date on vaccines and in good health are allowed to attend.

How many dogs total will be in the event at a single time?

Up to 12 Best Friend dogs and 7 rescue dogs is the maximum amount of dogs allowed in the event at one time.

How many humans will be in the event at a single time?

Up to 70 at one time, including guests, rescue organization volunteers, and HumansBF staff.

How are donations being handled?

10% of net profits will be donated between our partnering rescue ORGANIZATIONS.

What do I need to bring day of?

If you’ve purchased a Human + Best Friend ticket, plan to bring a collapsible water bowl and your normal on the town supplies (poop bags, leash collar). We will have supplies on hand, so no worries if you forget.

How do I get info on an adoptable dog or to foster?

The rescue’s contact information will be  provided at the event. You will also be able to find out about those opportunities on our website.

What if my dog is in a fight at this event?

Brand ambassadors are prepared to keep dogs safe in the most humane way, by using non harmful deterrents. Dogs who are unsocialized or aggressive are not permitted in the event. We are taking all precautions to provide a safe environment for all dogs and humans. All dog owners and guests will be required to sign a waiver prior to entry.

What if my dog has special needs or just doesn't like to be touched by humans?

If your dog is attending and has special needs, please use a yellow ribbon we provide when entering.
